Day 1: Arrival in Tanzania
• Activity: Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO)
• Transfer to: Planet Lodge, Arusha
• Elevation: ~1,400 m / 4,600 ft

Day 2: Acclimatization Day (West Kilimanjaro)
• Transfer to: Ndarakwai Ranch

Day 3: Trek Begins – Lemosho Gate to Forest Camp (Big Tree Camp)

• Notes: Long descent; trekking poles recommended to save knees.
Day 11: Mweka Camp to Mweka Gate – Return to Arusha / Departure
